A small service with straightforward terms.

A draft request does not start a subscription or require payment. NicheFront may ask for missing business details and use owner-provided information and materials to prepare a private or clearly marked draft for review.

Sample pages demonstrate standard page structures. They are not customer endorsements, performance claims, or promises that a business will receive the same design, traffic, leads, or results.

The founding plan begins only after the owner approves the page in writing and completes the separate Stripe-hosted checkout. The recurring price is $24.99 per month with no setup fee and no long-term contract.

NicheFront will not publish an owner's page or charge the monthly plan from the draft-request form. Any different scope or additional cost must be discussed and accepted before work begins.

The plan includes initial setup, hosting at a NicheFront address, approved business information, services, hours, service area, photos, contact actions, a quote or contact request form, a QR code, and one small content update during each paid month.

A small update changes existing information, such as hours, a service description, a starting price, contact details, or a photo. It does not include a new page structure, custom domain, advertising campaign, unlimited revisions, scheduling system, or other custom software.

The owner must provide accurate information and may submit only photos, logos, reviews, certifications, and other materials they own or have permission to use. The owner remains responsible for claims about services, pricing, availability, licensing, insurance, and work shown.

The owner keeps ownership of their materials and gives NicheFront limited permission to prepare, publish, display, resize, and maintain them only for the approved page while the service is active. Publication requires separate written approval after the owner reviews the finished draft.

NicheFront sends a customer's submitted request to the selected business. A request is not a confirmed appointment, accepted job, price quote, or payment. The business is responsible for replying, confirming scope and price, performing the service, and complying with applicable requirements.

NicheFront does not guarantee search placement, leads, bookings, revenue, response rates, or uninterrupted availability. The service is a managed business page, not an endorsement of the business or the services it performs.

The owner may cancel without a cancellation fee by emailing hello@nichefront.com before the next renewal. NicheFront will confirm the cancellation and future billing status in writing. Unless an earlier date is agreed, the page may remain available through the current paid period and will then be unpublished.

NicheFront may pause or remove a page for nonpayment, unlawful or misleading content, abuse, security risk, or a material breach of these terms. When practical, the owner will receive notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
