These answers describe the founding offer. Anything outside it should be discussed clearly before work begins.
See the full processIs NicheFront a website builder?
No. NicheFront is a managed service. You share the business details and real work you want customers to see, and we prepare, publish, and maintain the page for you. There is no page editor or website software to learn.
What is included for $24.99 per month?
The plan includes your public business page, hosting, service and contact information, a quote or contact request form, a shareable link and QR code, and one small content update each month. The first setup is included.
Do I pay before seeing the page?
No. The first draft is free. You review the direction and decide whether it represents the business well before starting the monthly plan. No payment is collected through the draft request form.
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. Your page can live at a simple nichefront.com link, so a domain purchase is not required. Custom-domain setup is not part of the current $24.99 plan.
How long does setup usually take?
A practical target is a first draft within three business days after the needed details and photos are complete. Most pilot pages can launch in about four to seven business days, depending on review timing and requested changes.
What photos should I provide?
Real before-and-after work is best. A phone photo is enough when it is clear, well lit, and shows the result honestly. If you do not have enough photos yet, we can still prepare the structure and mark where future project photos should go.
Where do customer requests go?
Quote and contact requests are emailed to the business owner. The form is shaped around the service so the owner receives useful details before following up. It is not a confirmed appointment or customer payment.
Can the page be connected to Google Maps?
The page link can be added as the website on a verified Google Business Profile, which is what appears across Google Search and Maps. NicheFront can guide that update, but the business owner must control or verify the Google profile. The plan does not promise rankings or take ownership of the listing.
What if I need to change services, hours, or photos?
One small update each month is included. Examples are an hours change, replacing a photo, or adjusting a service description. Larger rewrites or a new page structure are discussed before any extra work or cost.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract or cancellation fee in the founding offer. Email hello@nichefront.com before the next renewal, and NicheFront will confirm the cancellation and future billing status in writing.
The easiest way to judge it is to see your draft.
Share the basics. NicheFront prepares the first direction before asking you to pay.
