Clear handling of the details people share.

A free-draft request may include an owner's name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, services, current online link, and notes. Information and photos shared later are handled as part of preparing and reviewing the draft.

A customer request may include the customer's name, contact details, requested service, timing preferences, property or project details, and message.

Basic technical information, including an IP address, may be processed temporarily to limit form abuse and may appear in hosting or email-provider logs.

We use submitted information to:

• prepare and discuss a requested business-page draft;
• deliver a quote or contact request to the selected business;
• reply to questions and provide support;
• protect forms from spam and troubleshoot delivery problems; and
• operate the NicheFront pilot and improve its standard page structures.

NicheFront does not sell personal information or use submitted form details for advertising profiles.

A request submitted from a real business page is sent to that business so its owner can respond. Requests from clearly marked sample pages go only to a NicheFront test inbox and are not presented as real service inquiries.

AWS Amplify hosts the application, Resend delivers form emails, and Stripe hosts subscription checkout after an owner approves a draft. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and apply their own privacy terms.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service, or address suspected fraud or abuse.

Draft and customer-request emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to follow up, operate the pilot, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. A business owner remains responsible for information they retain after receiving a customer request.

You may ask what information NicheFront has about you, correct it, or request deletion by emailing hello@nichefront.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

NicheFront uses server-side validation, controlled email destinations, spam deterrents, and managed hosting. No online system can promise perfect security, so please do not submit sensitive financial, identity, medical, or access information through a draft or quote form.

This notice may change as the pilot develops. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. NicheFront is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
